Add special tasks/risks to the coordination

Special works/risks in a coordination will be defined by the principal contractor. Even so, you may find a particular one missing, so you can add new ones and have the applicable document requests generated.

Access the coordination editor

In step 6, "Special tasks / Hazards", if the principal contractor has already assigned you special tasks / hazards based on your coordination activity, you will go directly to the matrix on the "Employee assignment - Special tasks / Hazards" tab, which allows you to assign each post to each employee.

If you can't find the special job/risk you're looking for in that matrix or the existing ones don't suit your activity, you can go to the "Assignment of special jobs / risks" tab and add new ones.

Click on "Create new special task / risk".

Select a record from the list

The list of special jobs/risks is closed and created by the main company. New special jobs/risks that did not previously exist cannot be created.

Click on "Select".

Your new special task/risk will already be linked to the coordination

In the "Employee Assignment - Special Jobs / Risks" tab you will now have the new special job/risk available to assign to the employees it applies to.
