Assign employees to a coordination

You must carry out this action when employees from your external company already exist within your organisation and need to start working in that coordination, so their document request should be reactivated, if applicable.

Access the coordination editor

In step 3 "Employees", select the employee(s) from your company not associated with the co‑ordination that you want to assign to it.

You can make a bulk selection and assign several at once.

Click on "Associate employee".

You will see that the employee has moved from the lower table "External company employees not associated with the coordination" to the upper table "External company employees associated with the coordination". This means that this employee is already participating in the coordination and, therefore, you will request the documentation that applies to them.

To finish, go to "Go to coordinations" and you can continue with your day-to-day tasks.
