Create new employees for a coordination

The activities we carry out at a client's premises are performed by people. Here we show you how to create employees.

Access the coordination editor

In step 3 "Employees", go to the "Create new employee" option.

Enter the employee identifier (DNI, NIE, passport, BI, CC...). The system recognises whether that employee already exists in the system and, if they do, the fields will be filled in automatically; if not, you must enter the required details.

Once you have filled in everything required, click "Create and associate".

There are non-mandatory fields that we recommend you fill in whenever possible: - Date of birth: important for determining additional measures, especially for minors. - NASS: for self-employed workers it allows faster validation of a self-employment receipt. - Photo: QR access control cards will use it as your identification.

And you'll now have the employee created and associated with both the coordination and the external company!
