Unassign vehicles/machines from a coordination

You should carry out this action when vehicles/machines from your external company are no longer used in that coordination but remain linked to your company. Notifications will be disabled, but they will be kept as a vehicle/machine of your organisation so they can be reassigned in the future.

Access the coordination editor

In step 4 "Vehicles / Machines", select the vehicle(s)/machine(s) associated with the coordination that you wish to unassign.

You can make a bulk selection and unassign several at once.

Click on "Unlink vehicle/machine"

You will see that the vehicle / machine has moved down from the upper table "External company's Vehicles / Machines associated with the coordination" to the lower table "External company's Vehicles / Machines not associated with the coordination". This means that this vehicle / machine no longer takes part in the coordination and, therefore, will not be asked to provide documentation, but will remain linked to your company for use on future occasions.

To finish, select "Go to coordinations" and you can continue with your day-to-day tasks.
