Add an image. We find it best to copy and paste directly into the question

Double click on the image.

Click "Convert Image to Hot Spot Canvas"

Click this image again to add a hot spot

Optional: increase or decrease the size of the hot spot

Insert another image

Double click on the image.

Click "Convert Image to Hot Spot Canvas"

Optional: click "Highlight" to keep track of the hotspot

Click "Make Distractor"
