How to Copy a Resource Request in Nuventive

This guide provides a straightforward method for duplicating Resource Requests in the Nuventive platform. Copying a Resource Request is commonly done when a program is requesting the same resource for the next review cycle.

Nuventive

Nuventive has an automatic log out timer, so we recommend writing your responses in an external document first prior to entering them in the system. There is no auto-save feature within Nuventive. Feel free to use our Google Doc or Microsoft Word Templates from the Program Review[ Forms](https://www.canadacollege.edu/programreview/forms.php) page to view all questions.

Navigate to [Nuventive](https://solutions.nuventive.com/) and sign in using your SMCCCD credentials.

In the top left corner, **select the hamburger menu icon**.

Open Resource Requests

Select "**PROGRAM REVIEW**"

Click "**STEP 2: Resource Request (OPTIONAL)**"

Copy a Resource

Find the Resource Request you would like to duplicate, then **select the three dots** directly to the right of its name.

Select "**Copy**"

Under "Resource Request", select the drop down menu.

Select the same type of resource request as the one you are duplicating.

Select "**Continue**"

Make any edits or changes as needed to the Resource Request form.

Save Your Work

To ensure your responses save in the system, select "**Save**" in the top right corner. `Note: You can come back at any point before Program Review is due to make edits/changes.`

There is no "Submit" button in Nuventive. Selecting "Save" will ensure your Program Review is submitted and supervisors will have access
