**Why would I upload documents to Nuventive?** You would upload documents to Nuventive primarily to support institution-wide planning, accreditation, and continuous improvement. Key reasons include: - **Program Review Data:** Store and reference data packets, annual updates, and past comprehensive reviews for your department or discipline. - **Assessment & Compliance:** Archiving Student Learning Outcomes (SLO) and Program Learning Outcomes (PLO) assessments, rubrics, and feedback for accreditation reporting. - **Evidence & Documentation:** Provide context and supporting documentation (such as tables, graphs, or meeting minutes) for supervisor reports, budget requests, and institutional goals. - **Centralized Access:** Maintain a single, searchable repository so team members, committee members, and supervisors can easily access historical records and reference materials.

Account Sign-In

Navigate to and login to[ Nuventive](https://smccd.onelogin.com/client/apps/select/1982332150) using your SMCCD credentials.

Nuventive Navigation

Select the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner.

Select "**DOCUMENT LIBRARY**" from the menu

Select the "**Program Review Data & Reference Information**" or select the "Add Folder" icon to create a new folder for your program.

Document Upload

Select the "**Add Document**" icon.

In the pop-up, select the "**Choose Files**" button

Make sure the name is the same as the title of the document you are uploading.

\[OPTIONAL\] Enter a description for the document.

Select "**Save**" to add the file to your library.
