How To Share a Catering Order on ezCater

Here's a quick guide on how you can submit a catering order that's been approved for funding. All catering orders can be emailed to orgfunding@depaul.edu

Restaurant Selection

Navigate to [https://www.ezcater.com](https://www.ezcater.com/catering/search/b59a230d-8971-44d7-9432-4fc5f18b64a7)and click on your restaurant of choice.

Menu and Cart

Add the food items that you want to your checkout cart. Make sure your total order stays under $300. If you don't it will be reduced to stay within the limit for external food.

Click 'add to cart' after modifying any of the food you want to add.

Click "Checkout" and review the headcount and items you've added.

Select the appropriate date and time for delivery for your event. Make sure you're mindful of the event date when you're submitting an order. We often get to these within 24 business hours. Businesses often clearly label their cutoff date and time.

Delivery Details

Enter your event location. OSI will not accept orders sent to our office on your behalf.

Enter any relevant information in the Access & location details field if you need to meet the driver, then click next.

Payment Setup

Click "Payment" and click "Copy link"

Click "Save order as a draft". You will email the link you copied over to the Org Funding team to pay and complete the order.

Click "New Email" in your email app of choice.

Click on the "to" line and put in orgfunding@depaul.edu

Click "Subject" and put in your organization's name and mention it's an ezCater order. The clearer you make it in the subject line, the quicker we get to these!

Click on the body of the email and paste the link you copied earlier. When you're done, hit send! Allow us 24 business hours for us to get to your order. Keep an eye out just in case we have any questions. And remember, don't send catering orders until you're approved for funding!
