**Before going any further, please review:** As an LP2 member, you are entitled to the Microsoft Office suite of applications— which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and more. To download a Microsoft Office, you need to be able to access your Graduate Center email address. This is the email address that ends in @gradcenter.cuny.edu. If you don't know what your graduate center email address is, or have never set this up, please contact us at LP2@gc.cuny.edu When you have your CUNY email credentials ready, proceed to the following steps.

Sign in to your @gradcenter.cuny.edu email account at the [Microsoft 365 Website](https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps/?from=PortalHome).

Once signed in, click the "Install and more" dropdown Click "Install Microsoft 365 apps" The M365 apps will start downloading to your computer. This could take a few minutes.

Once it has finished downloading, go to your downloads folder and click the recently downloaded Microsoft 365 app installer.

Run through the installation process steps outlined on your device until you reach successful installation. Click "Close" when finished.

Once installation is complete, you can open and use M365 apps on your device - hooray!
