Reset Grad Center Email Password

On your device, open your preferred browser - this could be Google, Safari, Edge, Firefox, etc.

Go to Outlook.com Click "Sign in"

Enter your grad center email. This is the one that ends @gradcenter.cuny.edu. If you don't know what this is, please contact us at lp2@gc.cuny.edu Click "Next".

Click "Forgot my password"

Enter your grad center email address. Enter the characters in the box. Click "Next"

Enter your phone number (the last two digits of the phone number are shown) and then click "Text". A text message with a verification code will be sent to this phone number. Enter the verification code on the screen.

Enter a new password twice. Click "Finish"

The new password you just entered will now be active. Go to Outlook.com and sign-in with your email and newly created password.
