Reassign Journal Entries to a new Site Supervisor

To update your Site Supervisor, please contact [canvas@hc.edu](https://mailto:canvas@hc.edu). Your new Site Supervisor must be added to your placement before proceeding with the steps below. Note that only **unsigned** journal entries can be assigned to a new Site Supervisor.

Click on your placement in the 'My Placements' section.

Scroll down to 'Journals' and click on the name of your journal.

You may need to move the horizontal bar at the bottom to the far right until you see your Site Supervisor's name. Any log that has not been signed off can be reassigned to another supervisor.

Click "Edit"

Click "Change Supervisor"

Choose your Supervisor from the list and drag their name to the box on the right.

Click "Done"

Click "Save" to submit your changes

You can now close this window to return to your journal.
