Create your budgeted hours as usual

Assigning this to a co-worker here will start your planning for you though adding a row in this co-workers planning with this activity attached

In my example I have three co-workers assigned to my hours

This will create a row in *this weeks* planning.\ Next to the row I also have information about how many hours are in the budget. I can see how many hours are planned so far. I this case 0 out of 10 hours are planned. \ I have 10 hours left to plan: 0/10 (10)

I now enter the hours per week and drag do duplicate. To the left of the planning row I can see i have now planned 5 out of 10 hours and have 5 hours left to plan 5/10 (5) \ \ If no hours are planned for next week, these rows will disappear.

In this example I have planned 90 hours for copy instead of 30 that was in the budget. I have planned in total 100 hours out of 60 in my budget. \ I can also click the green "i" for information.

This will give you an overview on planning against budget.
