Go to induvial company settings.

Click "Settings"

Click "Detection Customization"

Click "Aggressive" for ATO alerts

Click "Save Settings"

Click "System Alerts"

Enter your PSA email address to receive notification of newly created incidents IE: Unclassified Incidents.\ \ \*If using our Incident Management Service, leave blank and skip next step.

Uncheck the box "Select here if you want to include alerts for automatically resolved incidents"

Select which users in the customer organization you'd like to receive the IRONSCALES Threat Protection Report and set the frequency.

Click "Save Settings"
