How to Add Lawyers to a Deal

Go into the deal you'd like to add lawyers to.

Click "People"
First Contact Addition

Click "New" to add a lawyer to the deal

Search for and select the lawyers name, then hit save. - If we've used them before their profile should show up but if no profile shows up you might have to create a new contact.

For role click "lawyer." For "side" if they are the selling lawyers it will be "list" and if it's the buyers lawyer then its "sell".

Then click "Save"

Then click "New" to add the other lawyer to the deal (you can do this step later if you only have one lawyer information.

Search for and select the appropriate contact

Select "Lawyer" as the role

Select "Sell" as the side (for the buyers lawyer).

Click "Save" and you're done. If this deal needs to be conveyed and is just waiting for lawyers the admin automatically get a notification when lawyers are added to the file.
