Submitting a Nomination for Allegheny North

Navigate to [https://bestofthebest.triblive.com/allegheny-north/#//](https://bestofthebest.triblive.com/allegheny-north/#//)

Find the "Beauty and Health" Group and click the image.

Scroll down to "Family Physician (Individual's Name & Company/Practice Name) and type '**Genesis Medical Associates - Heyl Family Practice**' into the Nomination Name field.

Account Registration

Enter your first name and last name in the designated fields. Choose 'Pennsylvania' from the "State" dropdown menu (unless you live elsewhere, you can choose the appropriate state).

Enter an email address in the "Email" field.

NOTE: If this is your first time participating, you will need to register for your vote to count. Additionally, It will have you verify your email address before your vote can be submitted - so be sure to check your email (and junk) right after this step.

Click "Nominate" to submit your vote.

Additional Category Selection

Select "**Overall Business**" mentioned under the "**Miscellaneous**" group from the sidebar.

Type 'Genesis Medical Associates - Heyl Family Practice' into the Nomination Name field under "Overall Business".

Click "Nominate" to submit your vote.
