Click "Manage learners"

Click the grant you would like to add learners to.

Open the Learners drop-down menu.

Click "Manage Learners"
You can add a Learner by clicking ' New Learner'

Click "New Learner"
Fill out the Learner Details

Enter the learner's demographic information

Click "Save"

Now your learner will be added to your learner list!
