Special Request Creation

This guide shows how to create a special request tat can be associated with your course or sent to a student as a one off fee.

Moderncampus

Go to system admin, hover over fees and click "special requests"

Enter the description

Enter the published code

Select the program office and costing unit

Enter the availability date range and if it never expires, select "never expires"

Enter the amount

Enter the name

Select the GL account

Click "Add Revenue Account"

Enter the override reasons

Click Save

After saving, a public view link will appear that you can sent to students if it is separate from your course.

If the special request is associated with the course, go into the course section fees, select the special request, click + button and then save
