How To Purchase Evolution 2027 Event Tickets (Copy)

This guide provides a walkthrough for accessing your travel agent portal to register for the Evolution 2027 conference. Learn how to navigate the commissions hub and complete the purchase process for both agent and guest tickets.

Navigate to <https://evotravelagent.com/>

Click "Login To Your Travel Site"

Enter your "Agent ID". Then your Password. Hit Submit after both have been entered.

Open the Menu

Click "Commissions Hub"

Click "Evolution 2027"

Click "Buy a ticket"

Find the "Agent Admission Ticket"

Input your "First name + Last name ". (Use the same First+Last Name that matches your back office)

Input ONE email for YOU! THIS IS THE ONLY EMAIL YOU WILL USE REGARDING YOUR SPECIFIC TICKET. **Please note that if you have gone to conventions in the past, use the same email that is already used for WHOVA**

If purchasing Non- Agent Attendee (or any other ticket outside of yourself) follow this process. IF YOU ARE NOT purchasing any additional tickets, after you fill out the required information for your ticket, hit purchase. Then SKIP to step 16 in this document.

Steps 12-17 are for additional ticket purchases ONLY. If you are not buying any other tickets but for yourself, skip to step 16. For a NON -Agent Tickets - Input "First name + Last Name".

EACH ATTENDEE MUST HAVE THEIR OWN EMAIL ADDRESS! Input a NEW email address for the non agent attendee.

Steps to follow if your youth is purchasing a GALA Meal Ticket

EVERY PERSON MUST HAVE THEIR OWN UNIQUE EMAIL ADDRESS! Input a different email address for youth meal ticket.

Click "Purchase"- You will receive a confirmation email after. YOU STILL NEED TO REGISTER AFTER THIS- DO NOT IGNORE NEXT STEPS.

Locate your email for your purchase "Your Evolution 2027 Convention Ticket Receipt"

Locate your "Transaction ID" inside of that email

Click "Complete Your Whova Registration" MUST DO STEP TO CONFIRM YOUR TICKET!

Find your ticket name type and complete ONE registration at a time!

Add Quantity 1 to start your registration process.

ONLY choose "EVO Bundle Ticket" if you enrolled into the company on the EVO Bundle membership plan! Please refer to your in hand documentation to ensure you redeem your convention credit properly for this event. EVO Bundle will only appear as a purchase option if your account is eligible to purchase an EVO Bundle Ticket. If it doesn’t offer you that option and you feel you are eligible, please contact Archer Travel.

Click "Next"

Input your information to match your ticket purchase.

Use the SAME email to match what you put on the ticket purchase page.

Complete the Dietary restrictions form

Read and confirm "EVERY TICKET MUST HAVE A UNIQUE NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS AT TIME OF PURCHASE."

Paste the "Transaction ID from your purchase" found on the email confirmation.

Complete all remaining questions on the form.

Choose your Gala Meal Choice

If you have a spouse attending with you, input the name that reads on their ticket and choose what ticket type they purchased.

Complete this section if you require any spcial accommodations during convention. " (i.e. in relation to a person who is blind/visually impaired or a person with a phys..."

Click the "I agree to these terms: COVID-19 Waiver - Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19" AND Click the "I acknowledge that I have read and agree to abide by all of the 2027 EVOLUTION TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION Event Policies

Click "Register"- Congrats you have successfully paid AND registered your ticket. Save your confirmation emails so you will be able to access them before convention.
