How to open and navigate the Live Editor

This guide shows how to open the Live Preview Editor in the C:Hub Customer Accounts Hub and quickly use its controls to preview and adjust the customer account experience. It explains how to toggle sample header and dummy data, switch between account views, use device previews and search, and access a guided tour. Follow it to confidently navigate the editor and configure account menus for accurate, device-specific previews.

To navigate to the 'Live Preview Editor', you'll first want to make sure to open the C:Hub Customer Accounts Hub app, from your Shopify admin panel. Once opened, you'll see a button on dashboard to 'Open Live Preview Editor', simply click on this one and the live editor will open for you.

Click "Open Live Preview Editor"

Once opened, you'll see a live preview of your customer account, with dummy orders to help visualize what your customers will also see when they log in.

Above the live preview of the customer account, you'll see a bar with different toggle able options. From left to right, you'll see the: - **Eye icon** - This toggle allows you to turn off the sample header on the live preview. We add a sample header to help visualize the customer account experience. - **Tray icon** - This toggle allows you to toggle off the dummy data from the live preview if you'd like. - **Account Page / Account Panel** - These toggles allow you to toggle between the full account experience preview and the account panel preview - **Show me around** - A button dedicated to giving a brief overview of the different sections within the live editor - **Search Icon** - When clicked, this icon allows you to manually seach the editor for what you're looking for. - **Desktop, tablet, phone icons** - These toggles allow you to view the account experience on different devices

On the left side of the editor, you'll see the navigation menu, with the selected menus configuration next to it. From here, you can navigate through the different menus and configure each to give your customer the best experience possible.
