Reports allow you to view User, Usage and Inventory for your company

Click your **Company**

Click **Reports**

A **User Report** is a report of all users and their registration details. Customer registration fields appear to the right of the standard registration fields. It allows you to see login ID, first name, middle initial, last name, email address, DOB, phone number and the date the student registered. You can also search by date and filter by Login ID, First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Course Title, as well export a report.

A **Usage Report** is a report by course of the status of registered users. It allows you to see course title, course assigned, course started and completed. You can also search by date and filter by Login ID, First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Course Title, as well export a report.

An **Inventory Report** is a report of all access codes and their availability. It allows you see what access or child codes a company is using, the course expiration date, license available/used, and the parent code. You can also search for access or child code by date and filter by Active, Inactive or Both, as well export a report.

To **EXPORT** any of the reports, click EXPORT on the right side of the page.

Access Code Expiration

The **Access Code Expiration Report** allows you to choose a predefined range or custom date range. **Keep in mind that this report automatically only looks at parent codes**
