Search for a Completion Certificate
You have two options to search for and retrieve a completion certificate. 1. By searching for the user, via a company or from the global Users page 2. By Certificate ID using the Certificates page

Click the **Users** option from within the company OR use the *global Users* option. Then search for and the select the user.

Click **Course Details** and find the completed course. Then click **Generate Certificate**

Upon clicking Generate Certificate it will open in a new browser tab. Click the download arrow in the upper right corner to download and save the certificate to your computer.

On the **Certificates** page you have the ability to search by Certificate ID. You can find the Certificate ID on the upper right corner of the certificate.

Once you enter the certificate ID and search, the user will appear below the search bar

Select the user

Click **Course Details** and you will see the course and the option to **Generate Certificate**
When a user completes a course their account details (registration fields) in the LMS get locked down and they can no longer make changes.
