User Profile Overview

Navigate to <https://steve-admin.nsc.org>

Click **Users**, then search for and select the user

On the **User Details** tab, you will see *Basic User Information* and *Registration Details* (Responses from the user and their corresponding questions from the registration form). Here you have the ability to update user details and the registration details of a user as well as update their password.

On the **Course Details** tab you have the ability to: - What *Access Code* was used to register for a course(s) - Update Language options - Update the course expiration date

On the **Journal** tab you will see any updates made to a user's profile by an *LMS or Customer Service Administrator.*
