Creating Your WGI Studio Account

This guide will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to set up your individual account in WGI Studio. Every new user must create an account in WGI Studio in order to access any of the course offerings.

All users must affiliate themselves with the group(s) they work with in order for 3P course completion to be tracked for the Adult Supervisor Requirements.

Please select the role(s) that best describe you. If you hold multiple roles with different groups, please select all roles that apply to your experience. (For example, if you are a group director but also on staff with other groups, select both group director and staff.) Group Director - the primary, secondary, or financial contact for your group(s) Group Staff - a staff member for group(s) but are not one of the roles above. WGI Staff - WGI employees or independent contractor such as a contest administrator, judge, or office staff WGI Volunteer - members of the Board of Directors, regional volunteer, Championships volunteer, or another capacity as a volunteer

For WGI and/or Local Circuits you will select the divison you teach in. If you teach across multiple divisions, select multiple from the drop down list.

**For Local Circuit Only groups,** type in the name of the group(s) you work with. Please list the full name of the group rather than abbreviations. For example, Test High School should be written out in that format rather than school initials (THS) as there may be multiple groups with similar names. If you teach multiple groups, please separate each group with a comma.

**For WGI groups,** select the Circuit(s) your group participates with from the drop down. If your group does not compete in a local circuit, select "None, my group is not affiliated with a circuit." If your Circuit is not listed please select "Other, not listed" and type in the name of the Circuit.

Select the Submit button to complete the process.
