Sharing & Redeeming Training Credit Codes

Once group admins have requested & received their training accounts, they can purchase training account credits. Those credits can be shared with and redeemed by members of the group's adult supervisor list to enroll in WGIStudio courses.

ADMIN INSTRUCTIONS TO SHARE TRAINING CREDIT CODES

Navigate to [www.wgistudio.org](https://www.wgistudio.org) and log in. Once logged in, click on your profile image in the upper right corner.

Click "Manage"

This is your Restricted Admin dashboard. Click "Training Accounts"

Click on the account you wish to access.

In the main "Properties" tab you will find your group's redemption code. This code should be distributed to your adult supervisors. The number of times it can be redeemed is equal to the number of credits you purchased. Once it expires, you can purchase new credits.

LEARNER INSTRUCTIONS TO REDEEM TRAINING CREDIT CODE

The learner will navigate to [www.wgistudio.org](https://www.wgistudio.org) and log in using the button in the upper right corner. Once logged in, click on the Course.

Click "Purchase"

Under Payment Type, select "Training Credits"

Enter the redemption code here provided by your group's admin, then complete Customer Information including address and phone number.

Once all information is entered, click "Review Purchase".

Return to the course - the green button that once said "Purchase" will now say "Start".
