Updating your WGI Studio Profile

Returning users should update their profile in WGI Studio prior to taking the next course in the 3P Series.

Click the profile icon in the upper right corner.

Click "Settings"

First, select where your group will compete in the season. If your group participates in any WGI event, select ***WGI and/or Local Circuit***. If you do not participate in any WGI events and only compete in your local circuit, then select ***Local Circuits Only*.**

Verify all information under Roles, Division(s), and Group(s) is accurate. Update any necessary fields If you hold multiple roles with different groups, please select all roles that apply to your experience. (For example, if you are a group director but also on staff with other groups, select both group director and staff.) - Group Director - the primary, secondary, or financial contact for your group(s) - Group Staff - a staff member for group(s) but are not one of the roles above. - WGI Staff - WGI employees or independent contractor such as a contest administrator, judge, or office staff - WGI Volunteer - members of the Board of Directors, regional volunteer, Championships volunteer, or another capacity as a volunteer If you work with multiple groups, be sure to select each group in the Groups field.

All users must affiliate themselves with the group(s) they work with in order for 3P course completion to be tracked for the Adult Supervisor Requirements.

After you have verified the existing data, select the Circuit(s) your group participates with from the drop down. If your group does not compete in a local circuit, select "None, my group is not affiliated with a circuit." If your Circuit is not listed please select "Other, not listed" and then type in the name of the Circuit.

**Verify all information is complete and accurate, then click submit.**
