How to Import a document
This guide provides a straightforward workflow for importing your PDF or docx file to Scribe.

File Selection and Upload

Click "New", and then Import docs!

Click "Add" in the Imports panel, or just drag and drop documents you want to import.

Select "Files" from the menu.

Search for the file you want to import in the file picker and press Enter.

Select the desired file.

Click "Open" to import the file.
File Management
Once the document is successfuly imported, you will able to see it in your Workspace! You will be added as a document Creator.

Click the file name in the Imports list to open it in a new tab.

Click the "Copy link" icon if you want to share your imported doc.

Click the "Save" icon if you want to save your imported document and view it later.

Click "Clear" to remove the item from the list.

Click the close icon to exit the Imports panel.
