**Pre-requisites:** Before starting the integration, please ensure that the following have been configured in your account: - **Alpha-Numeric Sender ID** – If you will be sending messages within Australia, ensure that your Sender ID has been registered with ACMA. - **Two Longcodes**
Connecting the App to HubSpot

Select the HubSpot account that you would like to integrate with TallBob SMS, then click Choose Account.

Once you have selected the account, click Connect App. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Type "I accept the Risk" into the confirmation field, then click Connect to complete the integration.

Once the connection has been completed, navigate to Integrations -> Connected Apps. Once you are in the connected apps page, search for 'TallBob SMS' and click on the app

Once you've selected the app, you'll be taken to the App Details page. From there, click the Settings tab to access and manage the app's configuration options.

Log in to your Tall Bob account and navigate to the API Credentials page:<https://app.tallbob.com/manage_api>

Copy the Basic Auth Key from the API Credentials page and paste it into the Tall Bob API Token field.

The next step is to configure your sender addresses and longcodes. Under the Sender Addresses section, click Add Sender. Then, enter a Description and the Sender ID in the corresponding fields.

Under the Reply Longcodes section, click Add Reply Longcode. Then, enter a Description and the Longcode in the corresponding fields. Finally add the second longcode in the Conversational inbox Longcode section

Once the Sender Address and longcodes have been added, click Save to apply the changes.
Setting up Webhooks in Tall Bob

Once the app has been successfully connected and configured with both the Tall Bob and HubSpot accounts, the next step is to configure the webhooks to receive inbound messages.

Copy the webhook URL from Hubspot

Switch to your Tall Bob account and navigate to the Webhooks page:<https://app.tallbob.com/webhooks> Click Add to create a new webhook. Enter a name for the webhook and paste the copied URL into the Post to URL field.\ \ Once completed, select [[message_received]] as the event and click Save to create the webhook.

Select the HubSpot account that you would like to integrate with TallBob SMS, then click Choose Account.
