Excluding Contacts in your Tall Bob SMS Campaign

Login to your Tall Bob account and navigate to [**https://app.tallbob.com/distribution/mobile/sms**](https://app.tallbob.com/distribution/mobile/sms)

Select the landing page and video you would like to send for your campaign and click on 'Next Button'\ \ This is an optional step

Select a Sender ID and navigate to the Message section. Provide your message content and click on the 'Next Button'

In the contacts section, choose your desired contacts or lists

If you’d like to exclude specific contacts or a list of contacts, you can add them to the **‘Don’t Send To’** section. Any contacts included in this section will be automatically excluded from the campaign—even if they are also present in the **‘Send To’** list—ensuring that the message is not delivered to them.

The Tall Bob User will not be charged for an excluded contact

Once the contacts are chosen, click on the 'Next Button'

Provide a name for your campaign and click on the 'Send' Button

Verify your campaign name and click on the 'Send Button'
