Log in to UKG<https://secure4.entertimeonline.com/ta/6014395.home?rnd=LFT&showAdmin=1&sft=HDBKUOPTNX&ActiveSessionId=20327332647#home>

Navigate to the Job Requisition. Click here.

Click **Recruitment**

Click **Job Requisitions**

Click the pencil icon to **View Job Requisition**.

Select the **Applications** tab

Click the **View Job Application** icon.

Click **Background Screen**

Check the box next to **I have read and complied with the legal requirements for requesting a background check.**

Click **Initiate Background Check**.
