**Objective:** The objective of this lab is to familiarize you with the lifecycle capabilities of TechDirect, allowing you to:
- Explore the essential features of TechDirect, at your own pace
- Understand the lifecycle capabilities of our end-to-end support solution
- Deep dive into the individual support offers
- Drive better end-user experience and control with AI-driven support and automation
- Visualize tailored views, dashboard and on-demand reporting for faster issue resolution
**Hands-on Experience:** During this lab, you will gain practical experience and will be able to do the following:
- Navigate the TechDirect interface and dashboards
- Explore our Build & Deploy offers: ProDeploy Client Suite, Connected Provisioning and Self-Healing Image Recovery
- Learn how to connect and manage your PC fleet with SupportAssist
- Safely and securely erase data with Data Erase
- Sustainably recycle and refresh with Asset Recovery Services
**And, all of this is applicable to both direct and channel partners!**
