Navigate to the Communications tab in Settings<https://utilities.currentsoftware.app/settings?setting=communications>

Click "New Message Template" to draft a new message

Click the text box to begin writing.

Type "/" to open up the list of variables
Note that you can scroll down the list to find the one you want. Each variable has a description of what it represents!
