Setup Queues

This guide offers a simple process for setting up and managing queues, helping users customize workflows, boost collaboration, and improve service efficiency.

Select "Settings".

Select "Tickets".

Select "Queues".

Select the "Edit" button to edit an existing queue.

Select the information you wish to edit.

Select "Save".

Select "Add New" to add a new queue.

Add the "Queue" name.

Add a "Description" of the queue.

Select the "Save" button.

Add the "Technicians" that you wish to be a part of the queue.

Select "Save".
