Navigate to https://www.hesp.net/

Website Navigation

Click "District"

Click the District menu toggle

Click "Food Service" \*\*\* not the drop down arrow.

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page

Click "Online Education Benefit Form"

Form Start

Double-check that your email is correct at the bottom of the form

Click "Next"

Click the Student #1 response field

Type - your child's name

Click the Student #2 response field - type your child's name

You will fill out a line for each child in your household

Household Information

Once all your children are reported Click "Next"

Click the benefits response field. If you receive benefits, enter your case number here.

Click "Next"

Click the household size response field

Enter the total number of residents in your household

Click "Next"

Click the Gross Monthly Earnings response field

Type in your Gross Monthly Earnings

Click the Monthly Welfare Payments response field and enter the amount you receive if applicable or reply NONE

Click the Monthly Payments from Pensions response field and enter in any applicable payments or reply NONE

Click the Other Monthly Income (SSI, VA, Disability, Farm, Other)enter in any applicable payments or reply NONE

Click "Next"

Certification and Submission

Click the certification name field and enter your first and last name

enter your phone number

select the "I certify" box

Click the Today’s Date field and enter todays date

Click "Submit"
