Rep Packet to VA

When you receive the signed Rep Packet, the next step is to submit the signed 21-22a and the Fee Agreement to the VA to request access to the veteran's file and be recognized as the veteran's representative.

Open the Documents Tab.

Click this icon.

Download the "Rep Packet to Intake_signed.pdf"

X out of this screen.

Click "New Document"

Click the "Text..." field.

Type "rep pac"

Click "Rep Packet to VA - Case"

Click "Next"

Select the Party.

Click "Generate Documents"

Click "Rep Packet to VA - Case.pdf"

Open the yellow desktop folder for the client's case by navigating to Operation Stand Down One Drive > CaseFiles > \[Client's Last Name\]

From the Yellow Desktop Folder, open both the signed version of the Rep Packet to Intake_signed (Authorizations Folder) and the Rep Packet to VA (Pleadings Folder) and put them side by side. **MAKE SURE YOU ARE LOGGED INTO ADOBE ACROBAT PRO**

Copy pages 1-3 of the Rep Packet to Intake_signed and drag them over to the Rep Packet to VA document and **Save**. \*\* \*Make sure you have the thumbnail view of the pages open so you can see all pages in the document

In a separate browser, open QuickSubmit\*. <https://eauth.va.gov/accessva/?cspSelectFor=quicksubmit>

Click here.

**Once you have uploaded the Rep Packet to VA file using the Quick Submit portal, don't forget to show your work in neos!**

Copy the VA Claim # for the DRC Upload.

Type the client's zip code in the DRC upload screen.

Click the Notes Tab.

Click "New Note"

Click the Topic.

Type "drc"

Select "DRC Upload" as the Topic

Add a note that says "Rep Packet" and "uploaded to DRC Portal; **Confirmation #**" (you can also type \~\~ after Rep Packet if using textexpander)

Open the Checklist Tab.

Click this icon.

Click "YES"

Click "Refresh Checklist"

Click this icon.

Click "YES"

Click "Refresh Checklist"

Go to the Case Tab.

Change Class Code to REP

Change Synopsis to "Waiting for VBMS Access"

Input the Entered Rep Case Date (you have to select the date twice in neos for it to save)
