Tap to open your Lead Connector app.

Make a note of the person's name who completed your color match and tap the contact icon in the bottom right.

Type the contact's name in the search box if you don't see their name at the top of your list.

Tap on the contact in the list.

Tap on Colormatch Quiz.

Look over their answers to the quiz. Tap to enlarge the photo.

Evaluate their skin tone and color and hit the back arrow to return to their answers and quiz results.

Their foundation color will be at the bottom of the dropdown. If they didn't fill out the full quiz, the system can't calculate a foundation for you...you'll have to do a manual virtual colormatch based off their photo.

If you need to edit the foundation results because it's incorrect or it's missing, click on the edit icon next to the Colormatch Quiz drop-down.

Tap the foundation color box and select the color you think the contact should be.

Click save.

To send the contact their match, tap on the Message button. In the message section you can choose the colormatch snippet called Colormatch 03. Approved (Send Match). This will send their match and ask them what type of concealer they prefer.

Watch for their response about concealer and respond accordingly.
