Click "Marketing"

Click "Snippets"

Click +Add Snippet.

Click "Add Text Snippet"

Click the "Name" field. Name your text to reflect what you're sending in the text. I always put my initials in parenthesis in the front of my text name so I know it's one of mine and not one from automation.

Click in the Snippets Body and start typing your text.

To add your contact's first name, click this Custom Values icon and follow the next two steps. This will add each contact's name into the text.

Click "Contact"

Click "First Name"

Click after the }} to continue writing your text.

Check the number of segments your text has. If it's 1-2, leave off a photo. If it's 3 or more, add a photo to keep the cost of your text down. It converts it from an SMS to an MMS. Also, your text can't be more than 1600 characters.

To add a photo, click "Add attachment". Choose your photo from your computer and it will be added to your text.

DO NOT TYPE ANYTHING INTO THE TEST SNIPPET BOX!

Click "Save"
