Tip! Lot Based Variations are variations that you will certify the Item or Qty on a Lot submitted by the Contractor.

Navigate to [https://contrack.com.au/](https://contrack.com.au/)

Click "Contractual"

Click "Variations"

Click "ADD VARIATION"

The Variation No is pre-populated from your Contract prefixes, but can be changed manually.
Tip! The "Is Lot Based" checkbox is ticked by default. Leave this ticked for Lot Based Variations.

Enter the remaining variation details.

Select the Variation Category.

Fill out any other relevant details you know at this time.

Link any relevant correspondence to the Variation.

Select the relevant correspondence.

Click "OK"

Click "SAVE"
