Creating a Lot

Contrack

Navigate to [https://contrack.com.au/](https://contrack.com.au/)

Click the "Quality Registers" dropdown in the side navigation bar

Click "Lots"

You will be taken to the list view of all the Lots. The page is currently blank as no Lots have been created yet. Click the "ADD LOT" button.

You can now enter the Lot details.

Once you have entered the Lot details, click the "SAVE" button

Tip! You can also add schedule items to the Lot and close it in the same step which is how payment is in Contrack, but this isn't mandatory, Lots can be left Open until the Contractor completes the work on the Lot and submits the required quality assurance documentation.

After saving, you will be taken back to the Lots list view. You can see the Lot we created is now visible.

You can delete the Lot by clicking the bin icon.

Confirm if you want to delete the Lot.

You can edit the Lot by clicking the pencil icon.
