Registering for APS High School and Middle School Athletics

Learn how to navigate the Infinite Campus portal to complete your student's athletic registration for the upcoming school year. This guide provides a walkthrough for submitting required forms and finalizing your payment through the School Store.

Infinite Campus

Store Navigation

Navigate to <https://auroraco.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/parents/aurora.jsp>

Click "School Store".

You will see your student's schools here. Click "Shop" for the school your student-athlete attends.

You will see all the sports offered at the school. Click "View" under the sport you want to register for.

Open the Recipient drop down.

Select the student you are registering. Students listed as INELIGIBLE are not eligible for that specific sport.

Athletics Registration Form

Click the Required Form.

Click "Agree" to start filling out the form.

Enter student contact information.

Enter student address details.

Enter parent/guardian contact information.

Enter emergency contact information.

Select Y or N to indicate whether this emergency contact is allowed to pick up the student.

Enter your student's medical information.

Select Y or N for all the medical conditions. If you select Y, please provide details.

Click this checkbox to acknowledge the CHSAA Eligibility Rules.

Click this checkbox to grant permission for your student to play the sport.

Click this checkbox to acknowledge the Insurance Declaration.

Click this checkbox to agree to the Risk of Injury Agreement.

Click this checkbox to consent to emergency medical treatment.

Click this checkbox to acknowledge the sports medicine policies.

Click this checkbox to agree to the APS/CHSAA Anti-Hazing Policy.

Click this checkbox to agree to the district transportation policy.

Click this checkbox to agree to the code of conduct.

Select Y if you agree to the APS media release policy. Select N if you do not agree.

Document Signing

Click the signature icon to open the signature dialog.

Click Sign to apply your signature.

Click "Submit".

Checkout and Payment

Click "Add to Cart".

Click "My Cart".

Click "Add Payment Method".

Enter payment card information.

Click "Submit Payment".
