Be on the lookout for an email titled **"Please Complete Your Ontario Exchange Exit Survey"**.

Please **click on the link** provided in the email to **complete your exit survey**.
Alert! For Ontario Exchange projects, both the project lead and service provider are required to complete exit reporting. For **Project Management and Service Provider Support (PMSPS)** projects, final payments cannot be released until exit reporting has been received.
