In the "My Scheduled Requests" portlet, click "Actions" to see a list of available actions.

Choose "Complete request"

Fill in the Request Completion form by adjusting Miles, and setting the Total Time, and adding any Notes.

If you made any unscheduled stops during the trip, click "Add Additional Stops" to add them.

For the additional stops, you can choose the type of stop, without having to select specific destinations. Make sure to adjust the total trip mileage as necessary.

Click "Save" to complete the trip.

On the Dashboard, you'll see the successfully saved message, and the Request will no longer be listed in your "My Scheduled Requests" portlet, because there is no more actions to be done.
