Once they've finished entering their name, the receiver can sign in the signature box as shown
If the receiver wants to fill out their signature again you can double tap the "Clear" button to clear it for another go
56
Once the receiver has finished signing, tap "Confirm" to complete the signature
57
Tap "Delivered" to complete the delivery. You can capture Photo proof of delivery instead of, or as well as a signature but this isn't shown in this example
Process overview (Desktop)
If you've closed the "Delivery Status" window you can always open it again from "Module" then "ConNote" then "Delivery Status"
58
Click "Delivered" to change the filter to list to delivered deliveries
59
Double-click the delivery record to open it in the Consignments window
60
Double-click the Last Status field (in our case, "Delivered") to open the Tracking History window
61
Here we can view all of the tracking events as the freight moved through the system as a pickup, consignment and delivery. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to go on a road trip to create this guide, so the locations are all Unavailable. Typically they would show the coordinates of where each action occurred. We can safely close this window, we don't need to perform any actions here
62
And that's all done! Hopefully you have a better understanding on how to use pickups and deliveries within the ConNote system. Have any questions? Feel free to reach out via phone or email for help
