Understanding Training Pathway Levels

In real estate, time is your most valuable asset. To help you spend it wisely, we have categorized our professional development into five distinct Training Pathways.

These levels are designed to meet you exactly where you are in your career—whether you are still mastering the basics or scaling a multi-million dollar team. By following these recommendations, you ensure that you are building on a solid foundation rather than trying to "skip a level" and risking burnout or failure.

    Why These Levels Matter

We want every minute you spend in a classroom or a Zoom session to provide a high return on investment.

    • Avoid the "Foundation Gap": If a newer agent (Level 1) jumps into a Level 5 training (for example, advance geo farming an established neighbourhood), they may feel discouraged by the complexity before they’ve even mastered their basic buyer workflows.

    • Respect Your Expertise: If a high-producing Team Leader (Level 5) walks into a foundational Level 1 orientation, they may feel the content isn't advanced enough for their needs.

    How to Use This Guide

Use the Suggested GCI and "This Level is For" sections below to identify your current stage. While these pathways are not "restricted"—any agent is welcome to attend any session—they serve as a roadmap for what will be most impactful for your business right now.

Choose the path that challenges you without overextending your systems. Build the foundation, then scale the heights.
