Integrating your OmniSend account with Manifest

Connecting OmniSend with Manifest

Navigate to [https://dashboard.getmanifest.ai/integrations](https://dashboard.getmanifest.ai/home)

Click on 'Add' icon next to OmniSend

Click on 'Add integration'

Switch to your OmniSend dashboard

Click on the profile section

Click "Store settings"

Click "API keys"

Click "Create API key"

Add your desired name in the "Name for API key" field ("Manifest" for example)

Click "Create API key". Make sure to give access to all the fields shown

Copy the API key generated

Switch back to your Manifest AI dashboard and paste the copied API key in the OmniSend integration modal

Click on add app

OmniSend has now been successfully integrated with your Manifest account

Flow of customers & events from Manifest to OmniSend

You can now test the integration on your Shopify website (if Manifest has been published)

Customers who share their emails in the Manifest chat are created on OmniSend and their events are also logged on OmniSend. This is a sample customer conversation with Manifest

Customers are created on OmniSend when they share their email on Manifest

Events are recorded when customers click on product recommendations (clicking on "View Product")

Events are also logged when customers ask questions about a particular product (by clicking on the 'Ask more about this' icon)

Events are also recorded when customers view similar products for a particular product (clicking on 'Show similar products')

Customers who take a quiz also get their events recorded accordingly. For example, here the customers take the quiz for acne related products

Click "Acne and breakouts"

Click "Face"

Click "Serums and treatments"

You can find newly created customers & their events on your OmniSend dashboard

Click "Audience"

In our example, a new customer has been created for [demo@manifest.com](mailto:demo@manifest.com)

You can find the activity by opening the relevant customer profile

Click "Event details" to see more details about each event

For example, these are the event details for the completedManifestQuiz event

We currently send the following events to OmniSend: - productSearch - When a customers searches for a product and clicks on a recommendation - productDetails - When a customers asks for details about a particular product - similarProducts - When a customer clicks on the 'View similar products' CTA sent with product recommendations - widgetClicked - When a customer engages with an AI nudge - completedManifestQuiz - When customers take the quiz to get personalised product recommendations

Creating segments using events recorded by Manifest

Click "Segments" under the "Audience" section

Click "Create segment"

Click "Create from scratch"

Click "Add filter"

You can set up segments based on any event which has ben recorded via Manifest. For example, click on "completedManifestQuiz"

You can also combine this with other events from Shopify or other sources

Let's add a filter for customers who didn't place an order, so that we create a segment of customers who took the quiz but didn't place an order

Click "Save & show contacts"

Save the segment with your desired name

You'll find all customers who match the filters by opening the segment created

Select the event which you'd like to use to set up your retargeting flows

You can also combine this with events from other sources like Shopify to set up exit conditions

For example, here we exclude all customers who have placed an order

Click "Update"

Add an email block to set up retargeting for your customers

Configure the email body as required

Click "Update"

Click "Save & Close" to save your workflow
