Submit a UF/IFAS Communications Request via Asana

Navigate to <https://form.asana.com/?k=ylOD0fsWIwl7iJ4CnNAxsw&d=768079271716648>

Click the "Email address" field and type in your Gatorlink email.

Click "Verify with email"

Click "Continue"

Once you receive the code to your Gatorlink email, enter the code in the verification boxes and select "verify."

You're in! Now, you can complete your request.

Fill out the form to the best of your ability with as many details as possible.

Click "Submit"

You did it! Your request has been received from UF/IFAS Communications and a member of our team will be in touch soon.

Once you have submitted your request, you can communicate with the UF/IFAS Communications team by replying to the request confirmation email you received from Asana.

Navigate to your email inbox and open your request confirmation email from Asana.

From your email inbox, reply to that confirmation email with any questions, feedback or additional information you may need to send. You can even attach documents or images to your email!

Click "Send." **The UF/IFAS Communications team will receive your response and reply back. You can continue to reply to the emails you receive from Asana and communicate with our team via the email thread.**
