3. How to Complete Camper Registration with a School Code

This guide provides a comprehensive walkthrough for navigating the Campwise online portal to register a camper. It covers filling out health forms, contact information, liability waivers, and submitting the final payment to secure your camper's enrollment.

Registration Setup

Navigate to [https://cwngui.campwise.com/Apps/OnlineReg/Pages/RegFiles/GetGHRID.html](https://cwngui.campwise.com/Apps/OnlineReg/Pages/RegFiles/GetGHRID.html)

Click "Yes"

Click the "Enter School Code: \*" field. Enter the code you were given by your school.

Click "Save/Next"

Select the program for your school.

Click "Save/Next"

Contact Information

Open the Parent/Guardian 1 contact dropdown.

Click "Add New Contact"

Click the "First Name: \*" field and add the parent or guardian's First Name.

Click the "Last Name: \*" field and add the parent or guardian's last name.

Open the Housing Preference dropdown. This is the gender identity of the parent or guardian.

Open the Marital Status dropdown and select the marital status of the parent or guardian.

Open the Relation to Camper dropdown and select how this person is related to the camper. Some of the options are linked to the selection on the Housing Preference choice.

Choose whether or not this is who the camper lives with.

Select if this is someone the camper should be released to.

Add the occupation of the parent or guardian.

Add the employer for the parent or guardian.

Click the "Address 1: \*" field and add the permanent address of the parent or guardian. Add "Address 2:" if needed.

Click the "Postal Code: \*" field and add a postal (zip) code.

The city and state will be auto-populated from the Zip Code, but can be edited.

Click the "Home Phone: \*" field and add a home phone number.

Click the "Cell Phone: \*" field and add a cellphone number. (These can be the same number if the parent or guardian only has one phone number).

Click "Contact Email Address: \*" and add the parent or guardian's email address.

Click "Save"

You can add details for an additional parent or guardian if you want. Click "Save/Next"

Medical Forms

Open the Medical Form.

Select the Camper's dietary restrictions, if any.

Include any restrictions your camper has that we should be aware of and how we can accommodate.

Select the medical insurance coverage option.

Type “Name of Insurance Company.” in the Insurance Company field. This information is optional, but helpful in an emergency situation.

Click the "Policy Number:" field and add the Insurance Policy number. This information is optional, but helpful in an emergency situation.

Click the "Subscriber:" field and add the name of the primary subscriber. This information is optional, but helpful in an emergency situation.

Click the "Insurance Company Phone Number: (xxx) xxx-xxxx" field and add the phone number for the insurance company. This information is optional, but helpful in an emergency situation.

Click "Save/Next"

Let us know if your camper is up to date on their immunizations.

Select the incomplete-immunization acknowledgment checkbox if your camper is NOT up to date on their immunizations.

Type “Parent Name” in the signature field.

Add how the parent or guardian is related to the camper in the Relationship to Camper field.

Click "Yes" if your camper will be bringing medications with them to camp.

Select which of the General Health History options apply to your camper. If none, select "None Apply"

Click "Save/Next"

Add any international travel the camper took in the last 9 months. Include countries and dates.

Let us know if your camper has any issues with periods or menstruation. If yes, include an explanation.

Select “Yes” or "No" for prior ADD or ADHD treatment.

Select “Yes” or "No" for emotional, behavioral, or eating-disorder treatment.

Select “Yes” or "No" for recent mental or emotional health treatment.

Select “Yes” or "No" for significant ongoing life events.

Click "Save/Next"

Type the name of the Camper's primary doctor and their phone number in the primary doctor field.

Add the name and phone number of the camper's dentist.

Add the name and phone number of the camper's orthodontist, if needed.

Click here and sign the parent's name.

Click this button to accept the signature.

Type the parent or guardian's name in the signature name field.

Type the parent or guardian's name in the print name field.

Add how the parent or guardian is related to the camper in the Relation to Camper field.

Click "Save/Next"

Camper Profile

Open the Camper Profile Sheet.

Type the family last name in the Family Last Name field. This can be the Camper or Parent. It is used for file organization.

Select the camper’s ethnicity or race.

Click this dropdown and add the camper's school name.

If not listed, add their school name here.

Select “Yes” or "No" for first-time attendance at Camp Woodcraft.

Click the "If no, how many years?" field and let us know how many years your camper has been coming to Camp Woodcraft, if applicable.

Open the preferred communication method dropdown and select your preferred method of communication.

Open the Woodcraft Rangers School dropdown and select a school listed if your student currently attends a Woodcraft Rangers' program.

Click the "During the 2024-2025 school year, what school did your child attend?" field.

Open the “How did you hear about us?” dropdown and let us know how you heard about Camp Woodcraft.

Click "Save/Next"

Select "Yes" or “No” for family impact from the Southern California fires.

Select “I Agree” for the media waiver.

Select the liability waiver acknowledgment checkbox.

Click here and sign.

Type Parent or Guardian's Name in the signature name field.

Print Name of Parent or Guardian

Save and continue the Camper Profile Sheet.

Answer the following questions to let us know how to support your camper

Click "Save/Next"

Medications and Payment

Open the medication management page.

Click "No Meds" if your camper is not bringing any medications or "Add Meds" if you need to add any medications.

Click "Close"

Open the over-the-counter medication options.

Click "Select All" or you can pick and choose which over the counter medications we can administer to your camper. You can also add comments/notes.

Click "Save/Next"

Click this button field.

Select “No Known Allergies" or add any allergies your camper has. Please include how we should treat an allergic reaction.

Click "Save/Next"

Select “Make Payment" to progress forward, EVEN IF THERE IS NO PAYMENT DUE.

Continue to the Make Payment screen without applying coupons.

Process the selected campers.

Return to the Dashboard if no payment is due.

If you see a green "R" next to your camper, you are fully registered!
