Enter your name and email, and select a password.

After you create your profile, log in and click the "Register for Classes" tab in the left menu.

Scroll down to "Self-Directed Training Modules" on the right side of the screen.

Search for a course by keyword or scroll through the library.

Find the course you want and click "Info/Register"

You will see a description of the course.

Scroll down and enter the name and email address of the TRAINEE you want to take the course. The trainee will need a free TrainingLink profile to take the course, but you can register them before or after they create their profile.

Enter your contact information in the Registration Contact Information section.

Enter your credit card information and click Pay Now.

To get to the course, the trainee will need a TrainingLink profile. Once they log in they will go to the Trainee Home page.

The trainee will go over to the Purchased CBTs tab under the calendar.

The trainee will click Launch Course next to the course they want to take. Note that the course is available to them for one year from the date of purchase.

The trainee will enter their email address and name and then click the green button to take the training.

Please note that training completions will take up to 10 days to appear on the employee's training record.

To see their training record, the employee will go to their Trainee Home page.

They will scroll down to the course...

... and click the certificate icon.

They can click the Download Certificate icon if they want to print a copy of the certificate. The certificate will be available to them indefinitely.
