Create a NC POAS Custom Metric in Facebook Ads Manager

This guide explains how to set up the NC POAS metric in Meta Ads Manager. NC POAS shows the profit on ad spend based on the CM1 generated by newly acquired customers, calculated as CM1 NewCustomerPurchase Value ÷ Spend.

Facebook Ads Manager

Open the Meta Ads Manager: [adsmanager.facebook.com](https://adsmanager.facebook.com), then click "Columns: Performance" and select "Customize columns".

Click "Custom".

Click "+ Create custom metric".

Enter: - **Name:** NC POAS - **Description:** Mable NC Profit on Adspend

Set the format to Numeric (123)

Click "Select metric" and search for CM1 NewCustomerPurchase (Custom Conversion) Conversion Value from the Custom Conversion menu

Select the ÷ (Division) operator

Select Amount spend in the Performance menu

Choose who should have access to the custom metric. Select: - **Only you** if the metric should only be available in your personal Ads Manager view. - **Everyone with access to this business portfolio** if other users should also be able to use the metric in Ads Manager and Ads Reporting.

Click "Create metric"
