Right-click on your pod folder

Click "Insert"

Click "Video Pod"

Click "OK"

Add the vimeo video ID (found in the vimeo video url)

Click the "Square" or "Half-Width" field depending on how you want the pod to look.

Click "Save"

Click "Review"

Click "Submit for publish"

Add a brief comment outlining what you've changed/created
