How to Access and Apply for Academic Travel

This guide provides clear instructions on navigating the campus portal to locate and manage your study abroad applications. Use these steps to easily browse featured programs and track the status of your submitted forms.

Microsoft Login

Campuscommunity

Navigate to [https://normandale.campuscommunity.app/public/login/](https://normandale.campuscommunity.app/public/login/)

Click "Login with MinnState M365"

Use your [Minnstate.edu](https://Minstate.edu) email to log in or create an account.

While sucessfully logged in scroll down to review **Featured Programs**

Browse Programs

Click "View All Programs"

Click "**View**" on the desired program card to review detailed program information and submit your application. Click the Experience Scotland program description to open its details.

Click "Apply"

When your application is processed you are going to receive an email and a push notification (if you have the mobile app downloaded)

Access Forms Status

Alternatively, you can review your status at any point by going to "**Forms**"

Select the "My Submissions" tab - You can review the status of your application at the top of the page.

You can also check for notifications or messages by clicking the icons.
